Course Description | Course description This full year course explores a range of Music Industry pathways relating to music performance and sound production.
Delivered using a combination of school and after hours’ in the Performing Arts Centre of Mount Barker High School and the Adelaide Hills Vocational College Campus, students will develop practical skills in Musicianship through participation in music performance, recording, and gain hands-on experience using music technology and sound reinforcement equipment.
With an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, students develop essential music industry skills building on competencies already completed through the Certificate III in Music Industry course.
Graduates of this nationally recognised qualification will be equipped with the prerequisite skills and knowledge to pursue employment in the Music Industry and or undertake further study .
This is a great opportunity to play music and enjoy performance opportunities with other like-minded students.
